On Board video camera for O gauge- -suggestions please | O Gauge Railroading On Line Forum

I know this topic has been posted before but the latest I found was 2021. All those models are gone and tech has improved. Any new suggestions for a car mounted camera, battery operated that records to a memory card. smaller is better of course but if it fits on a flatbed car it's a keeper. No streaming required, just want to playback on tv at a later date. Low light would be a plus to get in all those pass cars in motion at night. My plan is to mount it on a dedicated car and point it fore or aft as I please.

I have a small cube video camera that uses a mini-SD card. It's 1"x1"x1" - a friend uses his for N scale. Runs for quite awhile (4 hours?) on a charge. Pic is attached. They're available on eBay and Amazon, and probably elsewhere - search for spy camera, hidden camera, nanny camera, etc. Prices are all over the place, generally under $20. You'll need a mini-SD card; some sellers include it, some don't.

The video is not GoPro quality, but it's a fraction of the price.
