There is (was?) a beautiful O2R layout in Denver. Last I heard it was in the basement of the Denver Union Station.
There's also a nice HO and G layout at the railroad museum in Golden, CO, just outside Denver.
So much to see in Colorado!! Vacation season coming!!!
That O scale RR is gone now they were forced to vacate the basement a while back.

What a beautiful and visually interesting layout! And am I correct, I saw only six human figures on the entire, vast, expanse, including two at a logging company and four at a rural station? That's an interesting concept for a layout. Lot's to consider.

I liked how they inserted 3D trees just in front of the backdrop. It made the backdrop disappear to the casual viewer.

Wonderful, and it holds up well in full-screen mode.
I also like, very much, how the broad, rolling landscape, especially the size (height and breadth) of the mountains, appears to fit the scale of the trains, which is what I imagine would be right and realistic for that part of the country, though I have never been there. It just all looks in proportion and very realistic, to me.
