Orange fencing for multi-story construction site

There used to be seedless clementines sold in small boxes with orange plastic covering them.  If you can find that and cut the plastic to the right dimensions, it might fit the bill.

Try spray painting window screen?

You might be able to use a product called, Spawn Net. It is a very fine florescent mesh used to keep bait clumped together, on a hook, while fishing. Looks to be available in florescent orange. Not sure of the mesh size.

I found some construction safety barrier netting in 1/50 scale on the fee heavy online auction site.  Once it arrives I'll post my own photo of it

So my construction safety fencing arrived in the mail today, and it is absolutely perfect with the prototypical holes.  It is 1" tall x 7" long which is to represent 4 feet tall x 30 feet long, and comes 5 to a bag.  Ready to be attached to a set of matchsticks.

I'm going to have some fun here at Menards expense.  Looking closer at the Tampa Towers structure, it exposed the rampant OSHA violations on the site by Menards .  Of the 12 figures at the construction site, only 4 were wearing helmets.  At least Jack the German Shepherd wasn't there otherwise the ASPCA would have been called in .  Menards should know that people figures casually walking on the street aren't the same as those on a construction site.  No biggie, I will be replacing those 8 figures with actual construction figures.  This set is another home run by Menards
