Parts from Lionel scale stock car - what are they? | O Gauge Railroading On Line Forum

I can't remember if I once knew what these are and can't remember, or never knew. They came out of the box of a Lionel scale stock car. I can find three. Before I spend time on the floor to see if another dropped, I'd like to know if they're important, and how many of them there are supposed to be. The little instruction manual doesn't mention them. Thanks.

Look right above the springs on the trucks. Its a detail of the end of the bolster.
