Gentlemen and Ladies, I purchased a Pennsylvania J3A from Lionel. The whistle stinks. The link above shows a upgrade by a operator who changed out his board with

a board from a pennsylvania M1A. I can get the part from Lionel. HOWEVER, does anyone know if the above part will sound like the one in the video???? I tried to email the original owner of the video and he hasn't responded. If anyone can adivise.....would appreciate. Thanks...
