I have a Williams 4-6-2 Pacific. Does anyone know if the Railsounds Commander can be installed in it? Most of the info I have about it is based on Lionel.

No problem
One more question. I haven't ordered the Railsounds Commander yet. How is it controlled? Is there a remote for it? I have a Lionchief plus remote for my other steamer.
The Railsounds Commander if in Conventional Mode will only respond to your Track Transformer if it has the Bell and Whistle buttons. So if you are powering your track with say a CW-80 Transformer, then you are good. If you only plug in the track without the transformer and are only using the Lionchief plus remote, it won't get any signal to do the whistle or bell as the remote is tied to its matching engine.
But based on this being for a Williams Engine, you should already be using a Track Transformer, so as long as the buttons are there, you are good.
Great. Thanks again!

You get the locomotive idle and chuffing sounds as well as the whistle and bell in conventional mode. There is no way in conventional mode to trigger the crew talk, that's done if you're using it in command mode through the serial data link from the TMCC receiver.
Thanks, John.
