Alan, have you every made a similar re-railer for Lionel tubular track?
This was a build for a friend who supplied me with a piece of MTH track.
I think I tossed all of my Lionel tubular!
Alan, as everything you make it looks wonderful.
printing one set now.

The outside or the flange area?

That look like it'll work great! Thanks for all your efforts, Alan.
I'm curious what the need for this is. I don't really run across the need for my trains to need to be re-railed after I get them on the track and am running.
Looks like it would make a great grade crossing for the layout.

I want to run Marx Trains on my layout. The re-tailer will go after the switch where a Marx would typically derail.
Looks good Alan, would it work with MYH ScaleTrax?

Trucks off rails, but as the coupler is pulled forward
The re-railer re-aligns and rights the trucks
then correctly aligns the trucks with both rails.
interesting.
There's a long bridge over the Fox River that has these at both ends. I'm not sure how common that use is but it looks cool.
Rerailers would be useful in tunnels and hidden tracks and hard to reach places. Probably lower our blood pressure.
