Repairing Lionel Berkshire 726 RR

One of the wheels on the trailer truck keeps sliding to the other side on its axle, causing derailments after the engine goes around on curves. Is there a fix for this without going to the trouble of installing another truck or replacing the wheel/axle?

A small drop of an epoxy adhesive (Or equivalent of your choice.) would probably be enough to hold the wheel in place.
