Yes, no problems.
Yes, but it has been quite a few years. They were just fine. I quit getting their catalogs in the mail just about the time I quit TCA.
I've had very good luck with them -- many purchases and never a problem.
Bought some from them. Good service. some are not re run.

everyone seems to be satisfied. thank you all for the information.
The owner of this enterprise also owns and operate a nice 15" railway system, located in Fairview, Michigan. A diesel pulls the regular excursion train, and he occasionally operates a live steam Hudson. I believe he also owns a Shay, though I don't think that is currently operable.

Ditto what everyone has said. I've always been pleased with my dealings with them.
i appreciate all the positive responses. i live in south east michigan and when i saw their web ad i thought i would drive to their store in fairview so i googled earth and to my suprise their location was a road in the middle of a forest with no buildings and no other roads not even a mail box. i inquired their website and they said they were mail order only and that they had a warehouse. the warehouse must be hidden in the forest, anyway i see some items i think i'll buy. thanks again.

They do have a store at the railway, but it's only open during Summer & Fall.

It's northest of Saginaw, MI - just outside the small town of Fairview, Mich. It's a nice train ride in the forest. There's a big trestle that he built. Call ahead to find out when the steamer is running.
BTW, there is another public 15" railway between Flint and Saginaw, just off I-75, and near Frankenmuth. It's the Junction Valley RR and is diesel powered. A smaller system than the Fairview RR but interesting. The owner has built many modern era freight cars, in contrast to most of these lines which just have passenger equipment. He also has a small hobby shop on the grounds with some O gauge. Also in that area there is the full sized Huckleberry RR which is 3 ft narrow gauge and operates former Alaskan and Rio Grande steam locos.
