Not sure which version of the sd70 but Metra is using some in commuter service. Type in sd70 Metra in google.

No. Freight locomotives are NOT equipped with HEP 480 volt three phase AV power for passenger equipment. Thus, whenever a "freight unit" is used fro a railroad executive "business car" special, there must be an HEP "power car" in the train consist.

Not yet. Those newly remanufactured SD70MACH units are still being tested out in Pueblo, Colorado, and are thus not yet in service on METRA.

Not really a true passenger train, but some UP SD70ACes did run with the Big Boy on excursion trains
Not quite the same thing, but the Alaska Railroad has eight SD70MAC-HEP locos.
