Seeking a Technician to Install ERR Gear in a Lionel Steam Loco

I have a conventional Lionel steam loco and tender to which I want TMCC installed - with ERR gear. A photo of the train is attached for reference -- Rock Island & Peoria RR.

I want just "plain" TMCC installed -- no sound, no couplers, no Legacy. I'm seeking a skilled technician who could do the work. I hope someone is out there. Let me know ...
