I am trying to locate a replacement sound board for a 2380 NYC GP-9 Lionel Loco. Model number of the loco is 6-18563. The original one has smoked.

That is an older style board set. These are getting harder to find and expensive. If the two sound chips are ok you might be better off replacing the 2.5 board with an err railsounds commander and swapping the sound chips.

I have a RS 2.5 board in my parts box, and it won't be that expensive.
