Hi! I need simple step-by-step instructions for building a Lionel legacy Multiple Unit Consist please. The Lionel instruction manual is incomprehensible (at least for me!) and ditto for the video on the Lionel site. What I need are simple instructions: 1. Do A, 2. Do B, etc.

What happened to lashup.
Are you reading the instructions in the legacy system manual or the ones in the engine manual? The ones in the engine manuals are 12 easy steps of push this, then that. I dont know if anyone is going to be able to put it any more succinctly than that.
I have new lionel legacy Wabash F7 powered A and powered B both assigned engine 2 and unpowered A assigned engine 3. I want to make the 3 of them into train 4.
Step by step instructions would be really helpful.

because you have the A and B numbered the same you do not need to build a lash up. just put the three units on your layout and you will be good to go. you do not need to worry about the non powered A.
I have now been able to construct the lash-up. The instructions in the legacy system manual were totally opaque, but those in the manual that came with the F7 were very straightforward.
