I purchased a Wiliams EP-5 from a forum member that was upgraded to TMCC. I run conventional and was assured that would not be an issue.
The note enclosed says:
"Cycling of the engine can be overridden by placing the programming switch in the 'PROGRAM' position. This will lock the engine to the last operating direction. You must replace the switch back to the 'RUN' position if you wish to run the engine in Command Mode"
With the switch placed in the PROGRAM Mode (which I believe allows conventional running) it only runs forward and stops in it's tracks when the horn is activated. Also - no reverse.
I don't know if those instruction are accidentally reversed or not. I'm afraid to flip the switch to RUN for fear of frying the engine.
Thanks in advance - Ponz
