Just got my engine back from the repair shop so naturally I just HAD to set up a little layout and make sure it works, right? And naturally, since my 2 kids and 4 grandkids will be visiting for Easter, I just HAD to have a candy train, right?

Actually I set up the layout not even anticipating that the repair would be done. I was using an old steam engine that I got back in the 70's and will use it for this layout since there are 27" curves and switches. The outer loop is all 42" and 54" but the inner stuff is all 27".

Your coupler to the rescue for the Blue Comet though!

Walt. I'm glad the coupler adapter I made worked out so well. Nice to see trains running in your house other than Christmas time! I'm sure the grand kids are going to love it as well!
