Sounds like you had a great trip Marty!   That layout is out of this world, love the detail!  I'm pretty sure that's out of my budget.

I've been to the Museum of Flight, it's a pretty cool place.  I was there at a Microsoft function, it was closed to the public for the event.  They even had food and drinks in the museum, I was amazed they would do that!

Marty

Thanks for posting the photos from your visit out here and for the very kind comments.  It was a real pleasure to have the opportunity to see you all out here and show you the Northwest Trunk Lines.  If you visit again and come in the summer we will have to go train shopping in style and travel from the NWTL to Eastside Trains by boat.

Great to hear about your northwest trip, Marty.  Thanks for sharing it.  We were in Seattle for my niece's wedding about 8 years ago and went to the Museum of Flight.  We got to see and walk through Concorde G-BOAG - what an awesome plane.  We were also able to attend a talk given in the auditorium by 7 or 8 of the remaining Tuskegee Airmen pilots and mechanics from WW2.  My 85 year old father in law, who got his first plane ride in a biplane in upstate NY when he was too small to see out of it, and served in Europe during the war, really enjoyed visiting there and talking with the Airmen.
