I was running a new train I purchased. It's a new in box MTH General 4-4-0 30-1576-1 from the 2011 catalog and were delivered in 2013. It is the oldest train I have and runs fantastic.

While I was scrolling through the app and playing with options with this particular locomotive I noticed the track voltage reading within the app was bouncing between 25 and 26 volts. I know this has nothing to do with the train I am running but wanted to mention it. I have noticed in the past it has read high when I would check but not this high. Rarely do I ever check this. I am just wondering how accurate this app really is with voltage reading. Has anyone noticed inaccuracies with this option? I have been using a Z1000 and the Wifi unit with a TIU I purchased new about 5 years ago so they are not old. I have run numerous trains and lighted cars (MTH, Lionel Legacy, Lionchief plus and plus 2.0) since purchase and have never smoked anything.

Just wondering what others experience is with voltage reading in the app.

Thanks,

Brad
