Hi All!

I'm sure this is a simple question, but a search on the forum did not lead to an answer nor did reviewing Mike Reagan's product video on the ZW-C (unless I somehow missed it).

On my ZW-C (with TMCC and Legacy), handle A always comes up with a full 18 volts as soon as the red wheel on the remote is rotated. There is no dialing up the voltage from 0. The other three handles allow me to dial up the voltage from 0 with the remote. My brother-in-law's ZW-C allows for dialing up voltage from 0 on all four outputs.

Is there a way to calibrate the ZW-C so that I can dial up voltage from 0 on output A? Mike's video shows it being done, but I did not catch how the ZW-C may be adjusted for this to happen.

If I have been unclear on my dilemma, go easy on me and I will provide a better/different explanation.

Thanks as always!

Dennis
