Walt,
Awesome old picture of your Cannonball set. I'm planning a visit with my dad in a few weeks, I hope to find some old photos with me and my trains from the mid 1970s.I

Maint Rich, Likewise on Frank’s comment! Those are excellent!
Ralph, Yes an odd couple, but our favorite WM! Looks great!
Frank M,
Can't get enough of your wonderful layout. Makes me wish I were 1 1/2 inches tall so I could explore it on foot!
Hal
What a super thing to say, Hal ! Thank you very much. That was fun to read.

Yup, my favorite place to go. I usually spend most of my time yapping instead of looking at things. Took a while to get my Niagara because it was hiding. He had to get Krissy to come find it.

You can ride a bicycle from Pittsburgh, PA to Hagerstown MD and a bit further. Connellsville, PA is a transition from P&LE RR to Old western Maryland, Connellsville Extension RR. Continental Divide, the small village of Deal. All down hill to Washington DC or Baltimore. C&O Canal Path trail is dirt, but a parallel Western Maryland bike trail, is paved.
Between Deal and Frostburg MD is the big Savage Tunnel.
Continental Divide.
It looks great, Andy!!!
Speaking for myself, Andy, that project deserves a thread to itself with updates, how you did it, products used, and vendors. More work for you, for sure, but adds soooo much more value to your readers/viewers. (If there is a thread for this project already, please accept my apology, and direct me to it.)
Thanks Mark! Thank you for the kind words Carl. I'll go into more detail tomorrow, but for now I can direct you to my build thread where you can follow along from benchwork, to today, which includes additional projects I've completed. Here's the link: https://ogrforum.com/...ad-oyster-bay-branch

Carl,
As requested, here is an expanded version of the build. https://ogrforum.com/...-and-co-meat-packing
Thanks for the suggestion! Enjoy.
