can someone help me i am trying 10 accessories to my transformer ,the train is taken care of already ,can i run 1 positive and one negative from transformer and attach leads from accessories if so do i need a loop from transformer or one straight line once again thank you for your help GRP

I am not sure of what you are looking for but, I would think you might want to run individual wires to each accessory, maybe attach one wire to each transformer post and than to a terminal strip and from there to the accessories.

I do it with one straight line, loop not needed. One hot and one common all around the layout. I then attach all the drops. I have 4 different pairs like this, they all have different amps loads.
This may help visualize what you are looking to do, assuming you are running conventional and not through a command control device. The key is to separate your accessories into groups that perform well at the same voltage. Some need more voltage, other less. Which accessories are you working with?

It's good practice to run accessories on a separate power supply. Also, many accessories perform better on DC vs AC. The diagram showing accessories wired in parallel still applies.
