Bill, I see your posts often and respect them. I also hear great things about you. I tried your web site but I can't load it. I only have Apple products and it needs flash player to load. I was hoping you would post. I have a PC at work so I will order from your site tomorrow or call. Thanks Bill. 

Thanks Marty. I will go to there site, I'm sure I can find it and order right now. I just ordered a bunch of replacement parts from Lionel but they don't sell the modules.

You did the right choice on ordering parts from Bill. Quick and fast delivery with very good pricing and someone who is quite knowledgable in command control.

Ted, I have to agree. Bill was more than helpful on the phone and prices are great. Bill said he will mail tomorrow. Bill answered my questions very clearly. Besides what I originally called to order I decided to add an AC Commander. Bill put me at ease at trying to upgrade an old post war to cruise. He also knew   exactly what I would need...no over sell at all. Very sincere.

   I hope I didn't mislead you on the AC Commander. It won't have cruise but will give you better slow speed control. If you have any questions let me know.

Bill, you did not mislead me, I used the word cruise incorrectly in my post. The slow speed control is what I'm looking for on my post war engine. Thanks for posting Bill. 

I received my parts order from Boxcar Bill last night. I ordered them by phone to Bill Wednesday night. Very fast service. I upgraded my TMCC K-Line Mikado to the cruise commander M. It was my first time doing this. I was a bit confused at one point and placed a call to Bill. Bill was very patient with me and walked me through. Bill spent a good 15 minutes on the phone with me and even called back with an additional bit of info. Put her back together and she runs perfectly. Can even make her crawl; very smooth.

Bills sharing of knowledge and great pricing make him an excellent upgrade source. Today I will attempt an upgrade to an early Legacy diesel and the install of an AC commander in a post war 224E. Both from parts I purchased from Bill. I will do my best not to bother Bill again but it's great to know he will help me by phone if need be.
