Are the new ZW-L 6-37921 transformers. Exactly the same as the previous ones?

Considering they kept the same SKU # I did it hard to believe much has changed on the inside. I know they’ve has to go back are reengineer a number of transformers to meet new government regulations.
if anything I wouldn’t be surprised if a circuit board or two changed due to availability of components
I'm sure if there were any improvements they'd be the first to tell everyone.

2 different ways they labeled them. Also low serial numbers. If that means anything. Sometimes the early items are better made. And then sometimes, the second run, has the problems corrected.
