Well, our wreck train featuring two ALCo RS-2's in the Monon's first diesel color scheme will be shipping to customers in June - we are just waiting for the engines to arrive. They two cranes, diner, gondola and caboose have already arrived. These are all but sold out with two pre-orders remaining. The Monon Wreck Train link is here.
Right after that, we receive the Monon H10-44's and that custom run is 100% reserved. MTH was able to make some additional units for us, and we sold through them all.
Next up, MTH Electric Trains is building a custom run Premier USRA 2-8-2 Light Mikado in Monon livery for MrMuffin'sTrains. This engine is scheduled for production this summer and we expect to have these engines in stock in the August/September time frame. We are making only 24 copies of this engine, 20-3656-1, at a price of $1099.95 each. As I write this, over half of the 24 are sold. This engine, number 501, was the second of the Mikados received by the Monon. This steam engine includes the standard cow catcher, and pulled both passenger and freight consists.
