It looks like 3'rd rail ran these a few years ago.
So here is my question, does 3'rd rail ever re-run these types of things?
What would the best way to try to find one for sale on the secondary market?
Lastly so they have TMCC on board?

I must to not being a B&O modeler, but I sure don't remember them offering a T-3 with a Vanderbilt tender. However they did offer the 2-10-2 and 2-8-2 models with the Vanderbilt tenders.

3RD Rail offered the T-3 with both styles of tender.
The 3rd Rail T-3 4-8-2's came with either a rectangular or a long Vanderbilt tender. Here are images. They did come with TMCC and Railsounds from Electric RR Co.

The most recent eBay sale was in May 2020 for just under $800.
