Can't think of any manufacturer of that combination of rails. I guess you're going to need to make it yourself.

Yes there is, but I constructed it myself using rail, sleepers and railchairs from Tenmille:
The left is 1 gauge (sometimes erroneously called G Gauge) and 2 rail and 3-rail 0 gauge and the left is 1 gauge and S gauge.

Gargraves 5 rail track will allow you to run O, standard gauge and 1 gauge track.
goto www.Gargraves.com they use to have it, but seems it was flex track as you had to make your own curves. No crossovers or switches.
