I will be there. Last year we took the photos at Ross Custom Switches' booth.
Than Ross it is at 2pm.
OGR will not have a booth at this show this year.
Rich that's two years in a row. What's up? OGR is on the list, you must of paid money to reserve a table
We have a number of big projects getting started right now. Consequently, the only OGR staffer that is free to go to this show is Ed Boyle, and the booth can't be staffed by just one guy. Combine that with the ever-present problem of nasty winter weather in the mountains of PA along I-80 and the result is that we're going to take a pass on this one.
Ok, fine. I missed the days all of you used to come out for this show. Will have to wait till York to chit chat
Hey Gary:
I'll reach out to Steve, and help spread the word about getting together at 2:00 PM at RCS for the annual picture.
Looking forward to seeing everyone
I would bet most go Saturday, I'll be there Sat
My friend and I along with our wives are contemplating a trip north. I've wanted to check out this show for quite some time. I won't know for sure if we're going, and that also depends on the weather. We've been very lucky so far this season, with only one somewhat substantial snowfall in NE PA.
Don
Me personal no. The entrance I go through the lines are not bad.
Better living center, western entrance. 10 mins before they open.
Hope to see you there Ben. What a great month with both The Big E and Train Stock.
Paul
Just a weather update for next weekend. Looking sunny with highs in the upper 20's or low 30's
Gary, are you doing the dinner get together?
Any word on what the weather outlook is up that way Saturday afternoon and evening? Starting to hear some talk of bad weather.
- Mike
The weather site that I use is calling for snow on Saturday afternoon. My route takes me through the Berkshires, and neither NY or MA are doing as good of a job clearing the roads as they used to. Unless the forecast changes, I will be staying home.

Weather now says light snow for Saturday, starting around 8 am and finishing around 4 pm. No word on accumulation and it could still miss us.
Don, I wasn't planing on Dinner this year but if you or anyone else are interested we can go to late lunch at Red Rose say right after the OGR Meet. We can talk at the OGR photo op.
Don Pedicini and I are really looking forward to the Big E. We have some new things to show at the meet and we are anxious to see what the reaction to them will be.
Drat, after the OGR Photo OP we won't be able to go out and eat. Oh well

Watching the weather now, as I write, will advice on Saturday but I'm sure it will change twenty times between now and Saturday.
No predictions yet could be a big storm or miss us.
Accuweather also calls for "intermittent snow" in Springfield, Mass.
Obviously, we all need to check closer to the weekend...
SJS
check here for the local Springfield weather, a more detailed look anyway.
Just like I said, it will change 20 times between now and Sat. This morning it was 60 percent chance of snow. After the 11 pm weather it's down to 30 and the storm more than likely will miss us. Got love it.
8am forecast is for the storm to mostly miss us. Bring on the show

I'm debating whether to go or not. Unfortunately I've already bought my wristbands so I'll lose that money. I've got to 300PM today (Thurs.) to decide. We've booked a room for Friday night & I have 24hrs. to cancel it for a full refund. Oh well. No Hawaii, no train show.
Now Eddiem and I are debating to wait until Sunday. Again, you will not know as there are always variables that can alter their predictions.
No, the show will go on. It would have to be a blizzard/state of emergency called by the Governor to cancel. A few inches of snow the show will go on which they don't even think we'll get that much if any as of now.
coming up Friday and leaving Sunday, it can snow all it wants while I am inside Saturday
noon time forecast call for 2-4 inches but it could miss us, or it could slam us. If anyone can't make it Saturday that's just more for me Since I only live twenty minutes away.
Weather.gov forecast is 4-8 inches snow possible in Springfield. I live about 40 minutes south but I'll be staying home if there's any accumulation. I can't go Sunday because I've already committed to go to the Westchester Toy and Train show (that's great scheduling on their part - do they do that on purpose?).

Man are you gonna be sorry you did that!
