I needed a replacement dummy truck for a Williams F3 dummy loco because one of the axles was binding inside the cast truck and so the wheels couldn't spin when the loco was pulled down the track.

1.) I ordered this part from Bachmann Parts (I took the picture is from the Bachmann website and specifically look at the area in the red box):

1 website pic part 293-dummy

2.) This is a picture of what I actually received (again, specifically look at the area in the red box):

2 actual part I received 293-dummy

I cannot use the part they sent me because it has no extension to attach a coupler like the part that was show on their website.  I have emailed Bachmann the above pictures and have asked them to arrange so I can ship the part I received back to them at their expense and to refund my money.  I will post an update about what happens after they reply.

No, I'm not happy at all.  The website is misleading and wrong.

To those who asked how I will fix my loco, thanks for asking.  Botchmann has a different part (see: https://estore.bachmanntrains....amp;products_id=6911) which I have now ordered to replace the one they sent me.

I didn't order it the first time around because it is a lot more expensive ($33 vs. $20), it comes with parts I didn't need, and because if the original part I ordered had looked like its picture, the original part would have worked just fine.
