Well, I used replacement glue, I don't think any glue was going to fix that one! 
The good news is, the smoke bowls are a common part across a bunch of products, so I had one that fit.
Dunk it in thin CA, let it dry, then toss & replace.

I decided to skip the glue step.
Whoa.
Put it in a crucible and melt it down. Cast it into a cube, let it cool, then throw it into the garbage.

I ran across one of these several years ago, another instance of a specific batch of diecast from around 25-26 years ago going very bad!
I've had good luck with
Gorilla 2 Part Epoxy, 5 Minute Set, Incredibly Strong Bonding, .85 Ounce Syringe, Clear, (Pack of 2)
I have used Gorilla gel and let dry over night have repaired snapped off engine round cover mounts which were broken off with great success ,you can file and sand to fit and holds!

Too late Alan, it's already in the trash! I have several of them in my parts drawer, so I wasn't investing any time on this one. 
For stuff like diecast in that shape, trying to make that whole and back in it's correct shape just isn't worth the effort, especially since I have more of them.
I repair plastic shell posts all the time with plastic straws or brass tubing and JB-Kwik, that's a while different matter. I don't have replacement shells laying around.
Honestly, John posted this as a joke. Trying to save a deformed small-parts casting suffering from zinc pest this badly makes no sense. The casting is compromised. Find a replacement and move on.
Compromised is putting it mildly. I picked it up and crushed it in my hand, I felt like SuperMan! I was kinda' amazed that I actually got smoke out of the smoke unit before I took the shell off and saw the carnage.
