I recently purchased the new Atlas E-8/Premier. Running in DCS. I can't turn the smoke off. Turning the smoke unit control fully and completely counter-clockwise has no effect. The unit keeps smoking. I tried fully clockwise in case the instructions were in error, but, it too has no effect. In fact, the turning the volume control in either direction also has no effect.

If memory serves, the ATLAS E8 is Proto Sound 3.0. Do you have the DCS system? If so, you should be able to switch it off with the remote or the Wi-Fi App.

When running in command, the volume and sound potentiometers do not function. Use the smoke on/off button on your DCS remote.
