Is there a master index for the magazines.

For all magazines?  Once upon a time there was such an index but that was years ago and it was not on line.

This one albeit very incomplete still floats about on the web: http://www.olimpia.com:8084/IntroPage.html

I'm looking for articles on trolleys. Do I have to go thru all the mags one by one? If I go to search I only get forum results.

Is there something specific you are looking for related to trolleys??

We have had a Master Index of ALL issues online at the OGR web site for several years. It's in the blue tool bar at the top of this screen where it says "OGR MASTER INDEX."

The database the mwb referred to was a good effort for its time, but the most current OGR issue there is Run 139, published in February of 1995. We are about to publish Run 339.

Ironically, the OGR Master Index is off line right now, getting updated. It should be back up and running in a couple of days. Then you will be able to search for almost anything and find it.

Thank  you everyone. Like I thought it was looking me right in the face.

Sadly, there are not a lot of good articles on overhead wiring.....

I was not aware that the OGR Master Index covered all publications.  I don't believe that that is broadly known to modelers. Perhaps that needs to be better known?

The index that I posted a link to was a crowd sourced one that sadly has not been kept up by any "crowd"....but it at one time also listed a lot of more obscure magazines which have tended to fly under the radar.  Some, like Traction & Models would probably have some information regarding trolley overhead wiring and poles.
