I have been playing with the iCab app after finally getting my LCS Wi-Fi unit to connect to my home network by installing an additional WAP and forcing a connection with the LCS Monitor LE program. The iCab app is somewhat intuitive, but sometimes not so much. The LCS product page on Lionel’s website has a broken link to a “full iCab user guide”. Did anyone manage to download this user guide, and if so, from where?

I'll be honest, I never remembered a user guide. Maybe @Dave Olson or @Railsounds can help. I always just figured stuff out on my own.
This early video by Lionel on the iCab app might be helpful:
You’re right, the link is broken. it isn’t a download, it is/was a additional set of html web pages. This would be Dave Olson question.
Thanks for the assistance everyone! I am having a lot of fun with the iCab app. I sure hope they continue to support LCS and this great app with future upgrades and patches. I will probably send @Dave Olson an email to request documentation. After my first day using iCab, I also have a few bugs to report, after putting a wide variety of equipment through testing:
1. CAB1 control mode incorrectly adds momentum. Switching the L/M/H buttons should only adjust the step mode. Momentum should always be zero in CAB1 control mode. This makes running conventional (especially PW engines) very difficult on a Powermaster. The added momentum latency causes the voltage to jackrabbit in crazy increments (along with my locos) as it tries to catch up with throttle inputs.
2.Using a Powermaster, pressing the "<>"direction button does cause the power to momentarily shut off and bounce back to the previous voltage setting. That part is correct. However, the speed graph doesn't bounce back. It goes to zero and stays there. Then as you try to increase throttle, the voltage suddenly drops to zero and then increases again, causing an unwanted additional E-unit trip in conventional operation. The direction button thinks it's always in command mode. If a Powermaster is set as a Transformer motive type, it probably shouldn't do this.
3. Unless the user selects Legacy control type, it would be a really good idea to get rid of the "Roll" and "EFX" buttons. It turns out that a "Roll" command sent to a TMCC1 engine sends it flying off full speed for a second or two, before going back to speed step 1.
4. I can't figure out the smoke buttons on the iCab app when I'm running Legacy. On my CAB-2, the smoke buttons cycle through OFF-LOW-MED-HIGH. But the iCab seems to be straight ON/OFF, without any smoke volume control. It seems to be either off, or high. But I'm not sure.
5. While I am pressing the horn button, the horn sounds will be interrupted if I make any adjustment to speed on the speed graph. Horn sounds will only resume when I remove my finger from the speed graph. This affects Powermaster (conventional), TMCC, ERR and Legacy operation. I checked, and my CAB-1L, CAB-2, and MTH DCS app can all send commands to the Legacy Base to adjust speed and operate horn at the same time. Only poor iCab has this multi-tasking glitch.
6. How do you get iCab to operate those strobe lights on a TMCC triple GP-7 lashup? AUX1-8 / AUX1-9 seems to work on the CAB-1L and CAB-2, but not so much on the iCab app. I thought the smoke on/off buttons might work, but no luck.
I can’t get lionel iCab to open on my iPhone 11. It flashes the start page then disappears and that’s it. The iPhone is up to date and I tried deleting app then download over and again. Turn off iPhone to reboot. Nothing, what am I missing other than getting app to start. Lol. Also the wifi is working with lionel setup.
My iPad works fine but the app isn’t picking up my engines etc.
