Thanks!! Wishing you were closer!! We are still looking, SO spread the word!
Sounds like a great/fun job, unfortunately I work full time.
I would do it as I live in Middlesex County. However I'm only skilled in repairing O scale. (Postwar, prewar) That's too bad. Maybe Piscataway is hiring.
we actually get mostly O gauge.. but we sometimes get others as well.
Yeah that's the problem. In the case there was another kind of scale, (S, G, HO, N) I would be completely lost. At least with standard gauge it's still pretty similar.
I would suggest going to one of the greenberg shows and ask around. You need someone who is well rounded in all scales.
I would really enjoy this job, but I'm at college most of the week for a few more years.
If anyone is interested in this position please let me know. We are still looking for part time worker , that could lead to more. Flexiable days/times . Great working experience !! Contact me asap!! thanks
It's hard to find someone who can repair all scales, and if you do find that person they are probably a jack of all trades, and master of none. That's trouble for a business owner. The train store I work at separates the work out to 3 of us each with our unique skills. I work on O, S and G repairs, another guy only does HO, and the third guy handles N scale.

At this point id def be willing to do that. We get mostly o anyways
