A Plasticville village has been created and we’re attempting to blend the levels of the structures with a sidewalk and a street.
What have you done? Any suggestions and photos will be appreciated.
Thank you,
Jay

I used foam core for both my concrete streets and sidewalks. Quick and easy to create. Can score cracks, etc..
HTH,
Thank you Pete, that’s a great looking layout too.

Thanks John A and what did you do for the street. We’re doing a test with black paint on the surface and a scale size cut of balsa wood for the sidewalk.

Jay- my streets are poster board painted gray. Easy to cut. Black may not look natural. The “oil stains “ are pencil graphite rubbed in with my finger.

Your street does look natural and the oil stains are a good idea. We experimented with painting poster board but it developed a serious of bellies.
Thank you
Jay
