I posted this question earlier, but did not indicate which forum it should appear on. I'm getting an indication on my DCS that the BCR is registering as HI on my MTH Premier UP USRA 0 6 0 switcher. I just had the battery replaced with a BCR. My question is, is a reading of "BATTERY HI" dangerous to running the engine? It was running great for the past several days, so I'm not sure if I should be concerned. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Lou

Was the "Battery Hi" displayed with the info screen? That is usual on a DCS info screen. My 5 Proto 3.0 display it
Yes Tim, it was displayed on the info screen. On another string, sorry about that, I received similar answers that you are giving me. e.g., it's, at times, normal with a BCR to get a Hi reading. Though it would not be a good reading with a regular battery. Thanks for your concern and great follow-up to my question. Best regards, Lou
It's not a reading of your battery. it's a reading of how well the engine's charger is performing.

Thanks Walt, I think I'm in the clear on this one. I was just worried that either the BCR (or the charger) could be damaged if it was stated to be HI, not normal or low in the info screen. Best, Lou
