Lionel brakewheel question

I don't know which boxcars used metal versus plastic brakewheels.
The Coke set boxcars (Fanta, Sprite and Tab) used a plastic brakewheel, part #9020-10. The Train Tender has them listed for 60 cents each.

IMHO, Ebay is the last place to buy Lionel parts, the prices seem very high to me. There are exceptions, but typically parts are cheaper from the better mail order parts dealers.
