NEED ADVICE ON ATLAS ZEPHYR BAGGAGE CAR DOOR TRACK PROBLEM

I purchased this as new from a show and realized when I got home one side with the 2 baggage doors were pushed up on the track they slide on. I tried pushing it back down but it just pops back up. Has anyone else had this problem and any advice on fixing it would be appreciated before I proceed to take it apart.
