Realtrax O-72 layout design avoids "reverse S crossover"

Realtrax O-72 layout featuring a double mainline, twin crossovers and bridge/trestle track over a ravine

Here is a very basic layout that has a double mainline with twin crossovers and a bridge/trestle over a ravine. This layout has a crossover track that avoids a "reverse S crossover".

The track is RealTrax O-72. All turnouts are O-72. The design was created using SCARM software.
