Depends if its been clearcoated over or not. If its clearcoated, something that'll eat the clearcoat is also likely to eat the paint.

Cut a paper towel to the size of what you want to remove, lay it over the decal and soak it in  Solvaset for about 20 minutes. Remove the paper towel and burnish on real sticky masking tape or scotch tape, slowly peel it off. If you succeed the first time and get some but not all, repeat the process. You can also clean up the leftover bits with a rubber pencil eraser.

There's always the old standby, 2000 grit wet sanding, but I find that no matter how careful you are, you end up taking some paint with it.

E.,  try doing a search on the topic, there have been lots of threads on this.  Some of the ways people have had success with are, Testor's Easy Lift Off, Mr. Clean Magic Eraser, even pink pencil eraser.  It seems different methods have varying degrees of success depending on which manufacturer you're working with.

First just try Scotch tape (the clear cellophane type, not the cloudy magic mending type) by itself, dry. It might pick up paint if the car was not clean when the original pint was applied, so try to keep the paint only on the decal. Whatever can’t be removed this way first, might be removable with some of the other methods outlined in this thread.
