Not a problem at all. Just run Parallels Desktop on your Mac for those very few instances that require a Windows environment. Thankfully, I only have two such programs that fall into this category... RR-Track being one of them. I just installed V5 today, 'cause I really plan to retire our last Windows PC this year!
I needed V5 since a re-install onto the Windows 7 environment in Parallels would have required my original RR-Track V3 installation (which I discovered isn't compatible with Windows 7 -- not to mention that RR-Track V3 was actually first distributed on 1.44MB diskettes about 15 years ago!!!) So I bit the bullet and ordered v5 and now have something I can install fresh from a new CD. It's a pleasure being able to now run RR-Track on a Mac. Runs like a champ so far.
So yea... that Windows PC is now on borrowed time in our house!!!
