I have about a dozen passenger car extrusions. I don't want to scrap them out in aluminum recycling. Are they worth anything?

Pictures would be helpful!
I will post the pics this morning.
Length is important. A photo and dimensions would be good. If they are Mac Shops, Kasiner, or CRC, they are definitely worth something.
Cutting windows is not trivial. I use an end mill, and it takes almost an hour per car. Suppliers had punches - way easier.
Yes - they all appear to be Kasiner or CRC. They have value. Can we assume 20" long? Expect a minimum ten bucks each; maybe double that.
I was on a certain popular auction site and saw this posting for an aluminum passenger car shell (https://www.ebay.com/itm/283715215916). It reminded me of this discussion. Hopefully this gives you more information and a reference for selling your shells.
You can also search for Kasiner in O Scale. Difficult to compare these to MTH; a whole different genre.
