This TIU was working great and LHS as i loaded and tested in command 20 various PS2 and 3 engines . Pulled cover checked receiver board seating, all 20 amp fuses and any signs of damage. Reset TIU,did all channels AON and confirmed single blink address one. A test engine will come up with sounds and sometimes track voltage throttle. I also checked fixed 2 and same thing. An older non REV L TIU i substituted as i have many engines to check loads and commands just fine. Any troubleshooting tips?

SO you can communicate with TIU but no DCS signal out on F1 or F2. How about V1 or 2? Was F1 only channel being used? Most likely this is a chip repair. G
I also tried F2. On the variable channels for test purposes can i power with the z100 which i usually use? My experience with DCS has been with fixed channels only as you probably can tell.

I'm not really sure what you mean as to the above.
Also you mentioned you tested 20 various engines.... Are you saying you can't communicate with any of them? or just having a problem adding a new engine.

Yes 20 plus engines(estate collection) with this TIU loaded and commanded fine and then it stopped recognizing them. All 20 engines work fine w/second TIU. Something is preempting DCS command signals i think.
Not good,
Not good,
LHS is a MTH dealer...probably will ship it for repairs..got three spare TIU's at my disposal although non REV L , they work
willgee, I suggest you check an ongoing thread in which there was oome discussion about the benefits of shipping items directly to MTH for repairs, rather than a LHS. Then you deal directly with MTH, and not a middlman. Also, precede the shipment by phoning MTH tech assistance. Often they can steer you to a solution.
The TIU belongs to the LHS..they are dealer as well..MTH very fast with service with them. I think MTH gives extra attention because of the amount of product they move.
