TMCC RS11 losing sound

I have Lionel RS11 with TMCC and I believe Railsounds II. The horn and bell make sound and there is a brief sound when I hit the AUX1 button, but the engine sounds and coupler sounds are not working. Any advice? I tried raising the RS with the remote but still don't get anything.

Check your Railsounds/Signal sounds switch. Move it to RS.
