To those who have received Lionel's 21-inch passenger equipment cars, are there any issues with trucks, couplers, or paint? I noted posts regarding Lionel freight car trucks and couplers, as well as paint color match issues on locomotives. Do Lionel's 21-inch cars have any of these problems?

I've got a bunch of them in UP. Some came with scratched paint on the roof and sides. One had a window punched in, another the window wasn't aligned in the opening correctly. More then a couple the trucks came with the wheel bearing covers off so I had to remove the truck and take it apart to put it back together as the covers are pressed and glued into place. I also have a few cars where the trucks vibrate really bad and make a high pitched sealing noise. One was so bad no matter how much oil I added, including just about soaking it in oil, didn't help. Most of them quiet down once I oiled the side frames a couple times. As they are real sprung trucks, the side frame upper and lower parts rub together to make the noise.
Otherwise I love the cars, they look great being pulled by my Visionline Big Boy.
I have one of the Amtrak cars and I am quite impressed. Unlike other threads regarding color, Lionel has the closest match to Phase I-III to date. I got it at a very discounted price, but if I could get specific cars I'd buy a few more. Specifically looking for the coaches and 10-6 sleepers.
Being generic cars, they work well for me in Amtrak.
