With the start of the new season, thought I would post this.
America's favorite pass time.
guess model railroading is second.
I somehow stumbled onto this old tin lithographed toy Coal Loader made by Wyandotte (perhaps in the 1940's - 1960's timeframe). Although it doesn't seem to have been marketed as a toy train accessory, it works perfectly with my Marx and Hafner windup and electric trains. It is a very clever mechanism that automatically loads marbles into trucks or freight gondolas.
Here is a video of all the loading action.
stoshu, thats pretty neat toy!!!! yard sale? antique store? Are they little baseball gumballs yor loading? Ed P.

Nice videos everybody, Jeffrey thanks for posting some NJ TRANSIT, they are my favorite. Here is our latest video, I can not remember if I posted this yet. Nick
New industry went into action this weekend. Now to get some black aquarium gravel to see if that improves operation. Next to come: Log loading and unloading.

nice layout.
Like the shot of the rail bridge over the lower level tracks.
Two Lionel UP Verandas handle a priority train on the Blue Valley RR.
Engines as they pass the train to hook up to the caboose for the trip back.
Great videos everyone! Here's a video I took a little while ago of my first running session on the new layout. Since this video I have been working on expanding the inner loop and am working on changing the outer loop to a minimum curve of O-42 instead of O-31. After that I have a lot of scenery work to do. I also have to wire up my lighted towers and other accessories then clean all the tracks. Hopefully all the wiring and cleaning will be done by next weekend.
