Just acquired a very nicely decorated LIRR Atlas Trainmaster Pullman Bradley 80' coach. Car is currently 3-rail. Lobster claws not a problem as they are screwed to a bracket on the underframe. Are Atlas 2-rail wheels available or does another brand work (they are 36"). Would also need to fabricate wipers for the lighting.

K-Line offered two-rail conversion kits (two and three axle) for their cars complete with pick-up vipers and wiring. Although they are for direct replacement of K-Line three-rail trucks, they are quite nice and can be fitted to other brands with a little bit of imagineering. K-4600SP is the part number for black two-axle ones; I am not sure if silver ones were offered, all of mine are the black ones.

What I have been doing is purchasing a 2-rail car and swapping the chassis out. It's only 4 screws and one of the easiest conversions I've done. Much easier than converting over the Atlas CZ cars or even GGD heavyweights. The Weaver cars can be found for great prices and are the same as the Atlas ones.
If you don't want the resulting 3 rail car as a result of the conversion, you can likely make your money back.
You could contact Atlas directly and maybe they can come up with a solution. But I’ve only seen complete trucks on their parts site and I don’t remember seeing the Pullman Bradley ones.
GGD has 36” 2 rail wheelsets with pointed axles available under parts on their site. If you happen to have a GGD coach or heavyweight car. You could remove an axle and see if it will work.
