Hi guys, I recently picked up a 2009 Lionel LCCA BNSF reefer and noticed on mine the white paint isn't fully opaque and almost has a silver hue compared to other lionel Ice cold express cars. Did I just get a rotten egg or are all cars like this? Any insight is appreciated.

This car was made to Match the set Lionel came out with that year. All the cars in that set are this color.

I see, I purchased both this and the newest release of the Ice Cold Express smoking reefer but I've yet to find the base set to compare to. The new reefer is WHITE and I was about to buy another LCCA one thinking the one I got was defective, good to know.
