I have an ES44AC and I was looking at the spec's it says it will run on O-42 curves. So if I use a Jig with a 21" radi I assume it would work just fine? Any Ideas, I already have a 72" diamitor circle but would like to add another track line, cause it seams like I have a lot of wasted space.
Please give me all your thoughts!

if the current circle diameter is 72", why not place the second track alongside it? with a 4½" center to center track spacing you will add a +-63" diameter inner circle. much better looking for your trains.

You don't have to fill everything up with track,
You are allowed to use scenery and structures....
Consider placing a structure in the middle with a siding off that loop to serve the business there so that you can break up the visual of a loop.
