Can you use two 153ir's with a post war 450 signal bridge? I am not able to get it working. Trying to use auxiliary and not track power. Would anyone know the proper set up? The instruction with the 153ir does not show the schematic for the 450. I tried the single signal bridge instructions with no luck.

Hook it up one side at a time. Electrically, it's just two 153 signals.
That is how I wired it. I have a 153 hooked up to a 153ir and that works. I must be missing something that is different with the 450.

Well I have made some progress. I can get one side to work properly but the other side will not change from green to red. If I hook them up the same it will short out as there must be a connection within the bridge. If I only have one side connected to the IR acc pwr, That side will work. If I try the same on the other side it will short, if I hook it to the acc gnd, I get nothing. If you look at the instructions below you will see that one of these connections has to go to the common but I am not sure which one. Keep in mind I am using auxiliary and not track power. Any help is appreciated.

Instead of the 153c contractor, you might be better served using insulated track and relays, as one alternative.
I am not using the 153c, I am trying to use the 153ir (infrared). I only posted that picture as a reference.

Sorry, I missed that.
