5x10 elevated and able to run 2 lines

Here is a layout I worked out a couple of years ago:  5x10 with FasTrack:

The inside loop is O36 minimum, the outside loop is O48 minimum.   Two return loops, one in each direction.

It also features an O30 narrow-gauge point-to-point run.

I like it, can you put a wye before the freight station on the ON3?

That's a lot of action in 50 square feet. Very nice.

Turns out, with some work, a wye can be worked-in to the On30:

Basic layout is similar to this plus a few sidings:

It is a fun layout and has reverse loop from either direction.  Layout as shown is O27

Ken, I really like this layout.  Is it possible to get the any rail track file on this?   I would really like to work with this plan.  Could the upper freight loop be expanded to run a third elevated line? (lion chief bluetooth)
