Nice design.  It may be helpful if you were to include the file from your track planning software along with a note about which program you're using.

To really help you with a plan, we need to know a lot more about your available space and your model railroading desires.  These have been referred to as "givens" and "druthers" in the past.

For example, available room is only 10x14, but will need access to all sides of layout for whatever reason.  Entry to room is here and windows or other obstacles are located here and here.  Also, preference is to just watch trains run as opposed to operating like any real railroad.  Have some interest in scale size equipment and scenery, and using FasTrack because I like it or have a lot on hand.

I hope this gives you some ideas about the details you must share to get decent comments about your ideas.

I have finally got the track and a layout design I am very happy with. I have 2 CW-80's I am thinking about powering the track with or getting a ZW-L. I have Legacy engines and one Railking SD70 ACe using the DCS explorer. The figure 8 and accessories will be powered by a Lionel ZW, I am trying to keep the chopped sinewave transformers (CW-80) for the smoke units. Each of the 2 main loops will be independently powered. Let me know what you think.

It looks like you'll be trapped on your inner loop once you enter.  You might consider another switch for exiting.

I do like that idea and having the engine trapped in a way is for safety for when I run conventional engines and there is almost no room to have the second switch. I do plan to do it when I can expand the table.
